Hank's pretty awesome as well. I think it was Eric for me because of the progression of his character. This was someone who was worth getting to know. Plus he was rich and when we got back Earth/our dimension, he was going to buy me lots of presents.

I remember hearing that the writer absolutely hated being forced to put a character like Eric in the show. It was actually a requirement that there be one constantly-wrong mockable guy.
