My friend rileyc posted in her lj about http://www.ebooks-tree.com/ which is harvesting fanfic off of AO3 and charging a streaming fee to download it. I checked and they have 12 of my stories.
I'm currently talking with a fellow fanficcer who is a practicing attorney, though copyright law isn't her field. She's consulting with someone whose it is.
