I know it's probably coincidence. I know this. So let's just say that I'm thrilled that something in my head-canon somehow reached a pro writer's brainwaves and leave it at that.

:) It's not so much the ballet. I can't be the only person thinking Cass would grasp a story told in movement, not words. It's the fact that they picked Sleeping Beauty over Nutcracker or Swan Lake. (Giselle is my personal favorite, but while it's definitely 'up there' on most lists of well-known ballets, I'd rank it below Tchaikovsky's 'Big Three'.)
