Thank you!
I just wanted to get that out of the way first. I'm grateful that you're doing this.
To the best of my knowledge, I don't have any triggers. I prefer genfic or romance as one element among many. (A nice action-adventure fic, where two characters bond under fire and possibly decide that they'd like to see each other when they aren't getting shot at by a kajillion mercenaries? Go for it. PWP or 1000 words of mentally undressing each other and fantasizing? No thanks!)
I like hopeful endings, whether or not they're happy. By which I mean, it's okay to have "...after the blow that they'd been dealt, they should have been on their knees and sobbing, but they knew that they were going to get past this setback and one day, there would be a reckoning." And happy is good too. I guess I'm trying to say that it's fine if you want to go dark, as long as you end on a glimmer of hope.
I'm here for the Matt-Foggy bromance. Bring in as many other characters as you like. Give me a missing scene or a new story, explore something you always wanted to, h/c, comedy, drama, angst... just don't kill either of those two off and don't romantically involve them with each other (I love them as friends, but I don't ship them as a couple) and you can let your imagination run wild!
Give me something involving the Spider-Gwen-verse Matt. I know he's a sleaze in the one page we got of him in canon, but something in me wants to believe he's not over the moral event horizon. You can make him morally gray... a tortured soul... undercover for the FBI working to get some dirt on Kingpin... whatever. And yes, of course, include Gwen!
Go wild! Give me anything you want with this; I LOVE this series to pieces! (Well, barring the general stuff above.)
