Looks like it! But I don't think it will end well. It's being discussed in this fandom lounge post and given the amount of fic that's out there, it's not all clear how they'll enforce the rules. And given that the rules include:
- We don’t accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts;
- No crossovers from other Worlds are permitted, meaning your work may not include elements of any copyright-protected book, movie, or other property outside of the elements of this World;
and
- We don’t accept offensive content, including but not limited to racial slurs, excessively graphic or violent material, or excessive use of foul language.
that limits the entire operation to about three gen fics per fandom (rough estimate).
